It's hard to tear oneself away from experimenting when there's 'real work' to be done, isn't it?Deborah Younglao, Silk Painterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16061468237401282943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457394008286785041.post-79436551026891462252010-05-29T05:05:50.347-06:002010-05-29T05:05:50.347-06:00Hey Don!

LOL

I did plan on these being a set. I do think they would make nice decorative pieces, rather than functional.

As always, thanks for your kind words and sharing your thoughts.Kathleen Krucoffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09660304273988326222noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457394008286785041.post-22329637712352437342010-05-29T01:19:02.629-06:002010-05-29T01:19:02.629-06:00I really like these. Thanks for explaining the process, but please don't test me on it later...

I, too, like the way the edges of the glass have softened up. It makes the pieces feel like they belong together instead of just residing atop each other.

The design is really cool. And you matched it fairly closely in both pieces. Will they be considered a set?

-Don-Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17549962962379079880noreply@blogger.com
